Using the My WebCT Page

The next screen is your MyWebCT page displaying your name and the current date. Above your name are 2 tabs.

1. My WebCT tab allows you to view:

Campus Bookmarks
Calendar Day
Campus Announcements
Course List
Who's Online
My Grades

2. Content Manager will provide direct access to all files you have uploaded in all of your courses.Above and to the right of your name are several more links including:

My Settings - including My Profile, My Tool Options, My Roles

The information below your name and current date is divided into 3 parts:

1. On the Left:

Campus Bookmarks - links to important University resources
Calendar Day - listing all items in all of your courses using WebCT for today.

2. In the Center:

Campus Announcements - For campus wide information
Course List - A list of all your courses using WebCT. Note: Course rosters are loaded the last working day (Monday - Friday) before the official start of the course. If you have successfully registered for a course and do not see it listed try again on that last working day.

3. On the right:

Who's Online - a list of your courses using WebCT and a number indicating how many people are actively working in the course. You may click on the course title and see who is online. You can then send a chat invitation to one or more of them.
